Under 12
In the interest of safety, a Full member must accompany Junior Members under the age of 12 on the course.
12 to 15
Junior Members under the age of 16 and with a handicap greater than 28 (boys) or 36 (girls) must be accompanied by a full member.
All Junior Members must report to the Professional's shop before commencing play on the course.
Competitions
Junior Members with handicaps may enter Medal Competitions. They may also enter other club competitions, but must have a handicap of 14 or less. Junior Members may not enter the Club Knockout Competitions.
Junior Members entering Medals or Club Competitions must play with a Full Member and they may not enter any sweep. They are to pay only to enter the Competition and the 2's club.
Dress Code on the course and in the clubhouse.
Dress at all times should be clean and tidy.
- Footwear
- Junior may wear trainers on the course and in the clubhouse. Golf shoes must not be worn in the Clubhouse.
- Shirts
- Only shirts with collars may be worn. These should be tucked inside trousers at all times. Roll neck collars are also allowed.
- Trousers/Shorts
- Smart trousers or tailored knee length shorts may be worn. Plain knee length or short white sports socks must be worn with shorts.
- What Not What To Wear:
- Tank tops and Tee shirts
- Football, Rugby, Hockey shirts
- Athletic shorts / Boxer shorts
- Denims or Tracksuits
- Caps or Visors in the clubhouse
